Plan a fall trip up to the farm in September for apples, acuppernongs and muscadines. 

Varities Include: 

Apples: Golden Delicious; Gale Gala; Fuji 

Muscadines: Noble (purple) 

Scuppernongs: Carlos (bronze) 

Apple Cost: 

$12 bushel u-pick or $15 bushel we pick 

$6 half bushel u-pick or $8 half bushel we pick 

$4 peck u-pick or $5 peck we pick 

All other quantities are $1 pound 

Muscadines and Scuppernongs Cost: 

$12 gallon or $4 quart we pick 

$1 pound u-pick 

The 18-hole disc golf course features amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains with major elevation changes and water hazards. The holes are set through-out the farm and vineyard. The course is open to the public and cost is $3/game or $25/annual pass, unlimited games.  

Fees may be paid at the farm store when open, or with the pay box when the store is closed. Always check the Happenings Page for events going on at the barn. The course closes at 1:00 if there is an event at the barn that afternoon. 

Enjoy an interactive, hands-on educational day down on the farm. Children learn how the dirt beneath their feet turns into yummy things to eat. Each tour is approximately two hours long. Minimum of eight children. 

Tour Includes: 

Hayride of the farm where they can pick fruit (depending on the season) 

Visit Horseshoe Lake and learn about irrigation 

Learn about the Blue Ridge Mountain range 

Shell and grind corn 

Enjoy a slushie from the farm store 

The cost per child is $8. And you are encouraged to pack a picnic lunch and enjoy the view while you are at the farm. Groups must have reservations.

And don’t miss the Lomax Observation Circle. Surrounded by a stacked stone wall, the observation circle provides the perfect setting for experienced and novice astronomers of all ages to place their telescopes and gaze at the night sky. There is something special in the center of the circle. You’ll have to visit us here at Chattooga Belle Farm to see for yourself! 

Horseshoe Lake Rental Cabin is a two bedroom, one bathroom home with boat dock that overlooks the lake. The cabin is the perfect spot for that special getaway where peace and quiet are on the agenda or make it your home base when you are out enjoying an adventure on the river. The 22 acre lake was originally created as an irrigation source for the surrounding orchards. 

$150/per night with a two night minimum stay. Or stay the whole week and we'll give you a discount. After your 4th night, each additional day is only $125.
